We ordered a 1/4 cow in May and just love it! We already decided we need to purchase a bigger freezer and get a 1/2 next time. The cuts we have tried so far have great flavor and based on Rebecca's suggestion, we got the natural casing weiners and they are the BEST. We are more than happy to continue supporting Poppy Farms and filling our freezer!
